Intermediate Freediving Course
Service Description
This is a course for those looking to start diving deeper and also those interested in training for depth. Wave 1 is a compulsory pre-requisite for this program, if the customer has completed a level 1 course with another freediving agency please contact to speak about doing a short crossover program to complete Wave 2. The program itself heavily focuses on correct diving technique, overcoming and understanding deeper equalisation issues, dive profiling as well as relevant physiology and knowledge for the depths of the course, which are minimum 24 m and maximum 30 m. Being completed over three days the course gives a much deeper insight into our sport and is the gateway to athletic freediving or for those looking to begin spearfishing in serious way. Cancellation Policy
In order to book a course or training session a deposit or payment in full must be made during the booking. This deposit pays for pool fees, Molchanov's sign up fees and lake permit fees. The deposit amount is non refundable. If, however, payment in full has been made and extenuating circumstances disallow the client from attending the course, the client may contact us and be refunded the course amount, minus the deposit, or simply reschedule their booking for another time suitable to them. Due to costs associated with sign up and bookings, the deposit can never be refunded. If the client has booked only a training session at the lake and cannot attend, it is suggested to contact Dive Free Academy directly to discuss rescheduling and refunds.
